CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Main Responsibilities

  • Engaging with property investors and offering them investment opportunities through StayBC Ltd and continuing to build and maintain those relationships throughout the life of the management contract

  • Working with other departments within the organisation to ensure excellent customer service

  • Offering guidance and support to clients and obtaining regular feedback from clients and suggesting improvements to management team

  • Carrying out desktop appraisals of property deals

  • Tracking deal sourcing process from initial source to hand over to property setup department

  • Manage and sending contracts to clients and partners and tracking correspondence; communicating with partners such as property agents and landlords; ensuring compliance

  • Providing office support to a team of Property Sourcing Agents

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable Qualities
